How do you deliver my orders? 

All orders will be packed and dropped off to third party courier services within 1-2 working days in exception of Public Holidays. We will drop off your orders from Monday to Saturday 9am - 4pm.

Customers can choose which company during checkout. 

What are the areas that are included for delivery?

We deliver to the whole of Malaysia. For international customers, you may directly contact us for further clarifications.

How much is the cost of delivery? 

Delivery charges are automatically linked to the respective courier company's system hence prices are calculated automatically by the system during checkout. 

Can I arrange for my own delivery (driver/Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy/ etc.)? 

Yes, of course! For this you will have to select the "PICK UP" option during checkout. There will be no delivery fees charged for this. However, customers will have to arrange for their own delivery method. 

Orders will be ready for pick up after 12pm. Please have your rider/driver quote your order number. Customers may share their rider/driver details with our customer service via Whatsapp at 012 598 0866for verification purposes.

Do you accept COD (Cash On Delivery)? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery. All orders will have to be paid online on our website before we deliver the items. 


What if my delivery is late? 

There may be changes/delays to delivery, subject to weather conditions, order amount, rider availability and etc. You can check on your order status using the tracking number given to you or you can directly contact us to get further clarification.
